Who we are
END CORE LOGISTICS, Rr. e Industrisë, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the contact form or the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and the information about your transport.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your message, prepare a quote and organise the escort or permit you ask for. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
When a transport needs a permit or a police escort, we pass the necessary load and contact details to the relevant authorities.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer as soon as we can.
